ProCanna USA is a leading cannabis compliance SaaS software for licensed cannabis businesses in the United States.
I was hired as a Technical Writer and Editor on the Product team, and then also became a Ghostwriter on the Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Hired as a technical writer and editor, my goal was to transforming complicated legal jargon into accessible information. I rewrote cannabis regulatory information to digestible SOPs for ProCanna’s software. I also edited other writers’ work for clarity.
Soon, I was then approached to author thought leadership articles on behalf of the CEO. This process looked like brainstorming topics, creating outlines, and writing full drafts. Skills used included interviewing, editorial planning, and ghostwriting.
